Lovable replaced its Experts directory with a new Partner Directory some time between July and September 2026, and the change invalidates almost every Lovable agency guide published this year, including the previous version of this one. The old directory listed a handful of experts with a verified hired count and an hourly rate. The new one, as read on 26 September 2026, lists 467 partners split into 80 Solution Partners and 387 Experts, publishes no hired counts and no rates at all, and carries almost no reviews. Five of the nine agencies we recommended in July are no longer in it.

We have rewritten this page around what the new directory does show, which agencies survived a fresh check, and how to choose without the signal you used to rely on.

Quick Answer

There are 467 partners in the Lovable Partner Directory as read on 26 September 2026, split into 80 Solution Partners and 387 Experts. All 80 Solution Partners hold the Select tier, the Experts hold Select or Registered, and no listing holds either of the two higher tiers Lovable defines, Premier and Elite. The directory publishes no hourly rates and no hired counts, and reviews are close to absent, with only five listings carrying any and none carrying more than three, so the tier badge and the description each partner writes about itself are nearly all you get from it. Lovable says as much in the directory footer, where it states that partner details are self reported and tells you to verify independently before engaging. Outside the directory, Unico Connect, Goodspeed, and CloseFuture all still publish an active Lovable practice we could verify on their own sites.

Key Takeaways

  • Hired counts and hourly rates were the reason to trust the previous directory, and the new one has neither. Treat any guide that still quotes a Lovable agency as "100 times hired at 50 USD per hour" as repeating July data from a directory that no longer works that way.
  • No listing held a tier above Select on 26 September 2026, and all 80 Solution Partners share that badge, so it does little to tell any two of them apart. The partner type tells you more, since Lovable built its Expert track for freelancers and agencies under five people and its Solution Partner track for bigger teams.
  • Sorting the directory by rating sorts on almost nothing, because it has almost no reviews. Order all 467 partners by most reviewed and the top of the list is two partners with three reviews each. On 26 September 2026 only five listings carried any review at all, and the other 462 carried none.
  • Lovable does not vouch for its partners. The directory footer states that partner details are self reported and that Lovable is not responsible for the work you engage a partner for. That is unusually honest for a vendor directory, and it leaves the diligence entirely to you.
  • If your app already exists, look for an agency with a rescue practice, since rescue is a different skill from building and an app that demos well can still hide slow queries, missing row level security, and no revenue plumbing.
  • Ask every agency how it audits row level security. CVE-2025-48757, a 2025 disclosure, found 303 exposed endpoints across 170 Lovable generated apps, caused by missing row level security policies.

What Changed in the Lovable Directory, and Why It Matters

The previous directory, at the same lovable.dev/experts address, listed a small set of vetted experts and published two numbers for each, namely how many times that expert had been hired through Lovable, and their hourly rate. Those numbers were the entire reason a buyer could trust the list, because they were transactional rather than self described.

The replacement is a much larger directory that now redirects to a dedicated partner directory app. Its size helps, since 467 partners across dozens of countries, as counted on 26 September 2026, means you can probably find someone in your region and language. What you learn about each partner is thinner. The two facts that were independently verifiable have been removed, and in their place sit a tier badge, a partner type, a self written description, and a list of domain tags the partner selected.

In practice the new directory tells you a partner exists and has been certified. Whether they are any good is left to you, and Lovable is explicit that it makes no claim either way.

The directory has kept changing since the switch. When we first read it on 18 September 2026 it listed 336 partners, with Deutsche Telekom MMS as the only Elite partner and every other partner at Select. By 26 September it listed 467, split into 80 Solution Partners and 387 Experts, and no listing held Elite. Lovable defines four tiers in its Solution Partner program, namely Registered, Select, Premier and Elite, with Registered as the default tier on joining and Premier and Elite gated on sold or managed ARR thresholds. On 26 September all 80 Solution Partners held Select, and the Experts split into 34 at Select and 353 at Registered. Lovable describes its Expert track as built for individual freelancers and agencies under five people, so the partner type is a quick way to tell a solo builder or small studio from a larger firm.

When we searched the new directory by name on 18 September 2026 for all six former directory members from our July list, none of them appeared. By 26 September Zeroqode was listed again, as a Select Solution Partner in the United States, while the other five were still absent. On 18 September we also checked each agency on its own website. Weekend Inc, which led our July list as the most hired member at 100 hires, no longer has a working domain at all, and weekend.inc does not resolve. Creme Digital now presents itself as a marketing solutions company with no mention of Lovable, and Unstuck Labs calls itself a venture studio and AI dev shop without mentioning Lovable either. Brthrs has dropped the Shipit brand our entry was named after. We could not load the Neo Carbone or Zeroqode sites to check either way.

We removed all six on 18 September instead of leaving them on a page that calls itself a buying guide, and we have not added Zeroqode back since its listing returned. The episode is the clearest evidence we can offer for why a dated methodology matters more than a confident ranking.

Why the Right Lovable Agency Matters

Lovable compresses the distance from idea to working software. It does not compress the engineering judgment that decides whether the result survives real users. Lovable apps ship on a React frontend, with a Supabase backend whenever they need one, so the failure modes are predictable. Queries that were instant with ten users crawl with ten thousand. Security policies that were never written leave data exposed, and payments the prompt skipped never appear on their own. A strong agency builds on production foundations and starts any rescue with an audit, while a weak one treats the generated code as finished.

Lovable apps are real React and Supabase code, not a toy. Judge a Lovable agency the way you would judge any engineering team. Ask how they audit row level security, how they scale Supabase, and what happens when the product outgrows the platform.

What to Look For in a Lovable Agency

  • A checkable basis, now that the directory gives you less. Confirm the partner appears in the directory and note the tier, then look elsewhere for named client work, a public review profile, and certifications, since the directory no longer provides them.
  • Supabase depth. Lovable runs on Supabase, so the agency must be fluent in row level security, indexing, auth, and query performance. Our post on whether Supabase is production ready shows what that fluency looks like.
  • A rescue practice. Many 2026 engagements start with an app that already exists and struggles. An agency with a structured MVP build and rescue practice opens with an audit before it prices anything.
  • A path beyond the platform. The best partners can grow the product past Lovable when it earns it, by hardening Supabase, adding a stronger backend, or planning a staged migration you own.

Best Lovable Development Agencies in 2026 at a Glance

The first seven entries come from the directory, chosen on 18 September 2026 and checked against the live listings again on 26 September 2026. We have not independently verified their delivery beyond the listing, and we would sooner say that plainly than dress a directory card up as a recommendation. The last three are agencies outside the directory whose Lovable practice we did verify on their own sites on 18 September 2026.

The profiles run in the same order as the table above.

Deutsche Telekom MMS, the enterprise option in the directory

Deutsche Telekom MMS, based in Germany, is the enterprise subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom and a Select Solution Partner as of 26 September 2026. Its directory listing describes supporting companies on the path to an individual agentic AI strategy, with domain expertise tagged across ecommerce, SaaS, and thirteen more. It is one of only four Solution Partners listed at 500 plus employees, so it suits procurement teams that want a large group behind the work, though you should read size as a statement about scale rather than about Lovable craft specifically.

DaCodes, the first Select partner the directory shows

Sort the directory by tier and DaCodes, listed in the United States, appears first as of 26 September 2026. Its listing describes turning Lovable prototypes into AI native products that scale, which is the rescue and hardening pattern most 2026 engagements need, and tags Startup MVP and Enterprise among its domains.

Consid, the Nordic consultancy option

Consid makes sense for a Nordic or European team that would take an established consultancy with local presence over a Lovable specialist. It is a large Nordic consultancy based in Sweden, carrying a Lovable practice inside a much broader business.

RapidDev, the broadest listed domain coverage

No card we saw carries a wider set of domain tags than RapidDev, whose tags cover SaaS, mobile apps, and sixteen more. It is listed in the United States, describes itself as an AI strategy to execution and full stack product development partner, and fits US teams whose product does not sit in a neat category.

Upcode, among the most reviewed partners in the directory

Upcode carries 5.0 from 3 reviews as of 26 September 2026, which sounds modest until you sort the directory by most reviewed and find that three is as high as the count goes. Listed in the United States, it describes turning ambitious Lovable ideas into polished, production ready products, combining strategy, design, AI, and engineering from MVP to scale. Education and E commerce are among its sixteen domain tags.

10K Digital, the Latin American option in the directory

10K Digital, based in Brazil, showed 5.0 from 3 reviews when we read the directory on 18 September, and its listing carries no rating at all as of 26 September 2026. It describes itself as an AI consultancy that pairs Lovable training with consulting and product development, and it trains client teams to keep building and improving their projects in Lovable, which suits Latin American teams that want their own staff to carry the work forward. A rating that disappears between two reads eight days apart says more about how little the review data can carry than about the agency itself.

bamero AG, enterprise architecture rather than app building

Look at bamero AG when Lovable is going to be one part of a wider enterprise estate. Based in Germany, the firm describes bridging AI and agentic AI into enterprise architectures for end to end business processes, covering strategy, process, and implementation together, and tags AI, ML, and Migration among its domains.

Unico Connect, Lovable build and rescue with real backend depth

Unico Connect runs a dedicated Lovable development and rescue practice from Mumbai, India, with a presence in the USA and clients in both markets. We are not in the Lovable Partner Directory, and we place ourselves below the partners who are. What we bring is engineering depth. We audit and harden the Supabase layer, from row level security to indexing and caching, we are an Enterprise Partner in the Xano program for products that need a stronger backend behind the Lovable frontend, and we are ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified with a 4.8 rating across 53 Clutch reviews and 250 plus products shipped. Every one of those claims can be checked somewhere other than our own website, which is more than a directory card can offer. We suit US and India teams whose Lovable MVP needs security, scale, or a full product built around it, and you can also hire Lovable developers directly.

Goodspeed, packaged AI builds from the UK

Goodspeed sits outside the partner directory. The UK based AI product team publishes Lovable Development as a named service line alongside Bubble, Framer, Claude AI, N8N, and Replit development, and offers MVP and custom SaaS builds as its packaged solutions. Our July entry needs one correction. Goodspeed no longer publishes Vibe to Live, the productized rescue path we described then, so do not go looking for it.

CloseFuture, working across the AI build tools daily

CloseFuture, a remote first product agency that is also absent from the partner directory, lists Lovable alongside Claude Code, Replit, FlutterFlow, Supabase, and Framer as the tools it works in. That breadth suits founders who want one partner working across these tools every day instead of a single platform specialist. CloseFuture also publishes its own Lovable agency rankings, so read those with the same disclosure lens you should apply to ours.

Common Pitfalls When Choosing a Lovable Agency

  • A guide that calls an agency the most hired Lovable expert is quoting a directory that was replaced, so check the current one before you trust the ranking.
  • Reading Select tier as a distinction. All 80 Solution Partners and 34 of the 387 Experts held it on 26 September 2026, so it marks a verified, listed partner without separating one partner from another.
  • Every Lovable app demos well, which makes a demo easy to mistake for a product. Ask to see apps with real users, real payments, and a real security audit.
  • Skipping the row level security question. CVE-2025-48757 found 303 exposed endpoints across 170 Lovable generated apps. An agency that cannot explain its RLS audit has not done one.
  • The day after launch is easy to ignore. Ask who owns the Supabase project, where the code lives on GitHub, and what happens when the product outgrows the platform.

How Unico Connect Approaches Lovable

At Unico Connect we treat Lovable as a serious way to start a product, never as a finished one. New builds get production foundations from the first sprint, with the Supabase project under your organization, row level security tested, and the code in your GitHub. A rescue starts with an audit, and the quote comes after it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Lovable partners are there, and what are the tiers?

There are 467 partners in the Lovable Partner Directory as read on 26 September 2026, made up of 80 Solution Partners and 387 Experts. Lovable defines four tiers, Registered, Select, Premier and Elite, but only two appeared that day. All 80 Solution Partners hold Select, while the Experts split into 34 at Select and 353 at Registered. You will find no hourly rates or hired counts there, and reviews barely exist, with only five listings carrying any and none carrying more than three.

What happened to the Lovable Experts directory?

It was replaced. The old directory at lovable.dev/experts listed a small group of experts with a verified hired count and hourly rate for each. That address now leads to a much larger Partner Directory, with 467 partners split into Solution Partners and Experts as of 26 September 2026, and none of the hired count or rate data. Guides still quoting those numbers are describing a directory that no longer exists.

How do I choose a Lovable agency now?

Use the directory to confirm that a partner is certified and to see their tier and partner type, then check everything else yourself, because that is roughly all the directory does. Lovable states that partner details are self reported and that it is not responsible for the work. Ask for live apps with real users, a row level security audit on an app they built, named client references, and a public review profile or certification you can check away from their own site.

Are Lovable apps secure enough for production?

They can be, but not by default. The 2025 disclosure tracked as CVE-2025-48757 found 303 exposed endpoints across 170 Lovable generated apps, caused by missing row level security. The fix is a proper RLS audit plus secrets handling and an auth review, all of it standard work for a strong agency.

Can a Lovable app scale, or will it need a rebuild?

Lovable generates standard React and Supabase code, so the first ceiling is usually query performance, not the platform. A good agency tunes indexes, queries, and caching first, and only plans a staged migration when the product earns it.

Which is the best Lovable development agency?

There is no single best, and as of September 2026 the directory no longer ranks agencies for you. Deutsche Telekom MMS is the enterprise option if your procurement wants a large group behind the work. DaCodes leads the Select tier in the order the directory itself uses and describes exactly the prototype to production work most teams need. Unico Connect is built for US and India teams that need engineering depth, Supabase hardening, and a path from MVP to production.

How We Chose These Agencies

Unico Connect publishes this guide, we are not in the Lovable Partner Directory, and we place ourselves below every partner who is.

We chose the entries on 18 September 2026 and read the directory again on 26 September 2026. The 467 partner count, the split into Solution Partners and Experts, the tier distribution, the review counts, and the absence of rate and hired data all come from that 26 September read of the live Lovable Partner Directory, which redirects to a dedicated directory app, and the tier definitions come from the Lovable partner program pages. On 18 September we checked each agency by name with the search built into the directory instead of scrolling, because the list lazy loads and a scroll pass only renders the first 74 entries, which would have produced false absences. For the 26 September read we went through the full data the directory page loads, which covers all 467 listings at once.

This update removed six of the nine agencies in the July version. All six were former Experts directory members and none appeared in the new directory on 18 September 2026. Zeroqode was listed again by 26 September 2026 and stays off this list for now, while the other five are still absent. The checks we ran on their own sites are in the section on what changed. We removed them in the open and explained why, because the reason they are gone is the single most useful thing this page can tell you.

The seven directory entries we have added rest on the directory listing itself and nothing more, which the note above the table states. For the three agencies outside the directory, we went by what each publishes on its own site, read on 18 September 2026. We invented no ratings, no review counts, and no rates.

Conclusion

Lovable made building the easy part, and for a while its directory made choosing a builder straightforward too, which the new directory no longer does. It is larger and less informative, the platform explicitly declines to vouch for the partners in it, and the numbers that made the old list trustworthy are gone. Use the directory to confirm certification and tier, then do the diligence it used to do for you, which means live apps, a security audit, named references, and a credential you can verify somewhere other than the agency website. To build or rescue with a team across the USA and India, see our Lovable development services, our MVP build and rescue practice, or hire Lovable developers directly.
