Information Security Management System Policy

Unico Connect has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with the International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001. The Management of Unico Connect is committed to the protection of information that we process or are responsible for, including information relating to our clients, employees, suppliers, and other interested parties.

Our commitments

  • Ensure that the services we provide are reliable, available, and protect the confidentiality and integrity of client information at all times.
  • Identify, comply with, and stay current on legal, regulatory, contractual, and statutory requirements that apply to our services.
  • Establish information security objectives, monitor them, and continually improve our ISMS based on regular risk assessments.
  • Maintain business continuity frameworks and tested response plans for security incidents and operational disruptions.
  • Enforce access controls grounded in least-privilege principles, with periodic review.
  • Invest in security awareness and training for all employees, contractors, and partners with access to our systems.

Certifications

Unico Connect holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) certifications, and operates in alignment with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Scope

This policy applies to all Unico Connect personnel, contractors, and any third party processing information on our behalf. It covers all information assets — physical and digital — used in the delivery of our services across web, mobile, AI, and cloud engagements.
