Base is also listed at ₹49.50, which is 50% off for 3 months before it returns to ₹99, though Base remains self service only. Offer windows and eligibility are set by Google and change, so we confirm the current terms on your quote. We pass through whatever official Google offer is current and never discount below Google list prices.

Base at ₹99 per user per month (annual commitment, ₹120 on flexible billing) is the cheapest plan, and it is available only in India. It supports up to 20 users with 20 GB of pooled storage per user, custom business email, and Google Meet for up to 100 participants. Base is a self service plan you buy directly from Google, and it is not available through a partner, so the plans we set up and support start at Starter. Gemini AI features are included in the paid Business and Enterprise plans and have been since January 2025, when Google retired the old Gemini Business and Gemini Enterprise add ons. Depth varies by plan. Business Starter includes the Gemini assistant in Gmail, and Standard and above extend it across Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides plus Meet and Chat. Standard and Enterprise sit at the same Gemini tier on the official comparison, both with expanded access and the most capable models, so what Enterprise adds is security and administration rather than stronger AI.
