Core infrastructure has no per user price. Google Cloud charges for the compute, storage, data and AI services you use, so the architecture sets the bill, and two companies with the same traffic can pay very different amounts. Indian accounts also carry a separate India surcharge that Google applies to the billing account whatever region is used. Three published discounts move the numbers most. Sustained use discounts apply automatically on self serve Cloud Billing accounts once a VM of an eligible machine series runs for more than a quarter of the month, up to 30 percent on N1, M1 and M2 and up to 20 percent on N2, N2D and C2. E2, N4, C3 and C4 get none, and invoiced billing accounts do not receive them. Google Cloud bought through Unico does not receive sustained use discounts, and committed use discounts are available instead. One or three year committed use discounts reach up to 55 percent for most machine types and up to 70 percent for memory optimized ones, and Spot VMs can be up to 91 percent cheaper for work that can survive an interruption. We forecast the cost before the build, then rightsize with the Recommender, set budgets and alerts in Cloud Billing and track savings in the FinOps hub after launch. Google Cloud usage bought through us is invoiced in INR with GST, and our engineering and managed services are quoted by scope.

Yes. We run migrations to Google Cloud from on premise data centers, AWS and Azure. Each one starts with an assessment that maps what you run today and what depends on what. Workloads then move in waves, the old and new environments run side by side through cutover, and every step has a rollback. We tune cost and performance once the new setup is stable, because rightsizing works best on real traffic.

No. We advise per workload. AWS and Azure have their own strengths, and our cloud and DevOps team works on both as well as Google Cloud. If your team knows AWS or Azure well and the product needs nothing Google does better, we would not push a move on cost alone. For the workloads that do suit Google Cloud, you can buy the usage through us, billed in INR with GST.

Yes. On Google Cloud we build production machine learning, retrieval over your own data in BigQuery, and AI agents written with the Agent Development Kit and deployed on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Google introduced that platform at Google Cloud Next 2026 as the evolution of Vertex AI, and it now includes what used to be Vertex AI Agent Builder. When your data already lives in BigQuery, we would build the AI layer on the same platform, so the models and agents sit next to the data they read and nothing needs copying out of Google Cloud.

Yes. Google Cloud runs two India regions today, Mumbai as asia-south1 and Delhi as asia-south2, which means lower latency and data residency within the country. In October 2025 Google also announced an investment of about 15 billion dollars over 2026 to 2030 in its first AI hub in India, a data center campus in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, built with AdaniConneX and Airtel. The hub is not a Google Cloud region you can select today. We help you choose the right region and design for data residency and compliance.

Yes. Start with what the law requires, because the general law asks for less than many teams expect. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 does not require personal data to stay in India. It allows cross border transfers to any country except those the government restricts. Sector rules are where it gets strict. The Reserve Bank of India circular of 6 April 2018 requires payment system providers and their service providers to store payment system data only in India. RBI FAQs issued on 26 June 2019 allow processing abroad, but the data must come back to India and be deleted from the overseas systems within one business day or 24 hours of processing, whichever is earlier. For a cross border transaction, a copy of the domestic component may also be stored abroad. SEBI regulated entities also follow the SEBI framework for adoption of cloud services of 6 March 2023, which sets its own requirements on data localization and on how a cloud provider is chosen, so we read it before picking a region. Once we know which rule binds your workload, we pin the data to asia-south1 in Mumbai or asia-south2 in Delhi wherever residency is required.

Yes. We resell Google Cloud in India, as we do Google Workspace, so your usage arrives on our invoice in INR with GST, and our engineering, migration and managed cloud services are invoiced the same way. Add your GSTIN and a registered business can claim input tax credit on both. Buying direct from Google works too. Accounts with an Indian billing address are billed in INR by Google Cloud India Private Limited, with 18 percent GST on the invoice, and a registered business that adds its GSTIN can claim input tax credit. Some older contracts are still with Google Asia Pacific. Where direct billing usually snags is card autopay. RBI rules require extra authentication for any automatic card or UPI charge above 15,000 INR, so a growing bill needs a manual payment by card, NetBanking or UPI, or invoiced billing. Through us, you pay our invoice rather than a card charge from Google.

Yes, with the architecture rather than the credits. Google runs the Google for Startups Cloud Program and decides who is accepted, and we play no part in that decision. What we do is plan for the bill after the credits from the start, and size the architecture so it is still affordable when the credits stop.
