React development companies differ less on ratings than on what they build. Some ship Next.js sites with server rendering, others build React apps behind a login, and a few design the product too. This list compares ten firms for a US buyer on location, rate, minimum and work you can open. For mobile, see our list of React Native app development companies.

Quick Answer

For a US buyer, the React and Next.js firms based in the USA are Chop Dawg in Philadelphia, for mobile apps with React dashboards, Bilberrry in Seattle, for React design systems, Monogram in Alpharetta, Georgia, for Next.js sites on Vercel, and Urban Insight in Los Angeles, for museum sites with React and Next.js. Their Clutch minimums run from $1,000 at Chop Dawg to $50,000 at Urban Insight. Clutch lists Infinum and Vention in New York with $50,000 minimums, though most of their people work elsewhere, and it places only 2 to 5 people in each Chop Dawg and Bilberrry office, so ask each firm where its engineers sit. The full list of top React and Next.js development companies, ordered by minimum project size and then by the React and Next.js share of their Clutch focus, is Chop Dawg, Blazity, FocusReactive, GeekyAnts, Unico Connect, Bilberrry, Monogram, Urban Insight, Infinum and Vention. Unico Connect publishes this list and sits fifth. Rates run from $25 to $199 an hour. Figures were checked on 21 October 2026.

Key Takeaways

  • Ratings rank nothing. Every firm here scores 4.8 to 5.0 on Clutch, and the median GoodFirms rating for React.js firms is 4.9.
  • React and Next.js make up 20 percent of the self reported Clutch focus at Vention and 100 percent at Blazity and Urban Insight.
  • Three firms hold a Vercel partner tier, Monogram at Platinum, Blazity at Gold and FocusReactive at Silver. Unico Connect is not listed.
  • A minimum is the smallest project a firm accepts, not a price.
  • View source on a live client site to see whether a firm ships server rendered Next.js.

How We Built This React and Next.js Shortlist

Ten firms made the list because each shows named React or Next.js client work on its own site that we could open, and they are ordered by minimum project size, then React and Next.js share, then Clutch review count. We started from the React.js and Next.js lists on Clutch, which holds more than 14,000 React.js development companies. DesignRush lists more than 6,500 and GoodFirms more than 9,000. We looked up 18 candidates on all three and in the Vercel partner directory. When more than ten passed, firms with a US headquarters or office kept their places, and the React and Next.js share of the Clutch focus decided the rest. Clutch lists a US office of 2 to 5 people for Unico Connect, so our row was one of the nine that rule protected.

We left out Five Jars, whose Next.js cases do not name the client, Groundwrk and Collective42, whose work pages show no React or Next.js, Mira Commerce, whose site we could not open, and Pagepro, whose case studies we could not open. That left thirteen firms, nine with a US headquarters or office, so one place remained for a firm based outside the USA. It went to Blazity at a 100 percent share, and Tinloof at 83 percent, Bejamas at 75 and Naturaily at 70 missed the cut.

Nothing in that order measures quality, because stars could not separate anyone on Clutch or on the GoodFirms React.js and Next.js lists.

Ten React Development Companies, Profile by Profile

Chop Dawg, best for a mobile app plus a React dashboard

Chop Dawg, founded in 2009, lists its headquarters in Philadelphia on Clutch, plus offices in Smyrna, Seattle and Boston, with 2 to 5 people in each. Mobile apps take 80 percent of its Clutch service lines, and React 33 percent of its framework focus. For Digi-Go it describes a React based dashboard where store owners track inventory and fulfill pickup orders, and for Skribr it names React for the web and admin apps. Its DesignRush profile mentions US based and offshore teams, so ask where yours would sit.

Blazity, best for moving a React app to Next.js

Blazity, a Warsaw firm founded in 2018, splits its Clutch focus 60 percent Next.js and 40 percent React, a combined 100 percent. Vercel lists it at Gold tier as a certified partner from the first cohort, announced in December 2025. Its CookUnity case study, for a US client, says it moved the product from React with Redux to Next.js in 3 months, route by route with zero downtime, and reports a 70 percent improvement in Largest Contentful Paint on the subscription funnel. Its own site now leads with AI agents and still sells Next.js migration.

FocusReactive, best for a Next.js specialist with a New York office

FocusReactive lists offices in London, Warsaw, New York and Toronto on Clutch, with 10 to 15 people in New York, and 70 percent of its Clutch focus is Next.js. Its Next.js page says it has shipped production Next.js applications for at least 7 years, and its Arrive case study covers a site for 4 regions built from more than 100 components on Next.js and Vercel. Vercel lists it at Silver tier. Clutch puts its headquarters in London, while GoodFirms says the Netherlands.

GeekyAnts, best for React web and mobile from one offshore vendor

GeekyAnts has 401 to 500 people in Bengaluru and 6 to 9 in San Francisco on Clutch, where it bills $25 to $49 an hour with a $10,000 minimum and has 120 reviews. React Native takes 40 percent of its Clutch focus and React 30. Its Digi Vendor case study says it built a SaaS platform on Next.js and Supabase in 12 weeks, and its Chronicle Stream case names React for the front end.

Unico Connect, best for data heavy React dashboards and platforms

Our React practice works from an engineering hub in Mumbai with a US presence, and our Clutch focus lists React at 30 percent and no Next.js. For StayVista, Unico Connect designed and built the platform end to end, and the StayVista website was first built in Angular and later converted to React. Highlands Brain, an AI powered learning platform for a charter school network in California, serves more than 15,000 students, and we built its React web app. We also built the Sergo React dashboard. Blue Kite is our one Next.js case study.

Bilberrry, best for a React design system from a Seattle firm

Bilberrry, founded in 2010, puts 53 percent of its Clutch focus on React. Clutch lists one office, Seattle, with 2 to 5 of its 10 to 49 people, and does not say where the others work. For David's Bridal it says it spent a little over five months building a design system and component library in React, and its ArtOpps case study describes a React and Next.js front end for one search platform that brings artist opportunities from three existing systems together, built for the US nonprofit Creative West.

Monogram, best for a US Next.js team that builds on Vercel

Monogram, in Alpharetta, Georgia, holds Platinum tier in the Vercel partner directory, with Next.js, Vercel and AI Cloud certifications and 11 projects listed. Its Alchemy case says it built composable Next.js components on the App Router with DatoCMS, completed in 2024, and its own site now presents it as an applied AI studio. Clutch lists $150 to $199 an hour and a $25,000 minimum. Its 16 Clutch reviews are the fewest on this list, and we found no DesignRush or GoodFirms profile. Ask for a client you can call.

Urban Insight, best for a museum site with React or Next.js inside

Urban Insight, founded in 2000, has 31 to 40 people at its Los Angeles headquarters on Clutch, which puts React at 100 percent of its framework focus and Drupal at 78 percent of its CMS focus. For The Broad it says it embedded a React application in the Drupal site to handle the ticket purchase flow, and its Winterthur case describes a decoupled WordPress and Next.js collections platform for the museum. Expect $150 to $199 an hour and a $50,000 minimum on Clutch, or a $175 average on DesignRush.

Infinum, best for design and React engineering at enterprise budgets

Infinum lists New York as its headquarters on Clutch, with 21 to 30 people there and 151 to 200 in Zagreb, Croatia, which DesignRush gives as its base. Its ProductionPro case says it designed and built the web app in React, and for Adoro it says it wrapped one React and Next.js web app in a native shell with Capacitor instead of building two apps from scratch. Expect $150 to $199 an hour on Clutch, or $100 to $149 on GoodFirms, and a $50,000 minimum on both Clutch and DesignRush.

Vention, best for a large React team at a $50,000 minimum

Vention has 1,000 to 9,999 people on Clutch, which lists New York as its headquarters with 16 to 20 people there, plus six other offices. React is 20 percent of its Clutch focus. Its React page offers dedicated ReactJS teams or engineers who augment your existing team, and its DealCloud case lists React with Redux in the web and mobile stack it built for DealCloud. Clutch shows $50 to $99 an hour and a $50,000 minimum, and DesignRush $25,000 to $50,000.

What Each Firm Actually Sells

Most React lists lump four jobs together, yet a Next.js marketing site and a logged in dashboard call for different skills. The last column names only work each firm publishes.

Vercel Partner Status and Other Signals You Can Verify

Next.js was created and is maintained by Vercel, and its partner directory is the one Next.js signal the review sites lack. On 21 October 2026 it listed 116 solution partners, 15 at Platinum, 12 at Gold, 77 at Silver and 12 with no tier. Vercel does not publish what each tier requires. Certification sets a floor. Each certified partner needs a minimum number of its developers certified on the Vercel platform, Next.js and AI Cloud, renewed with major releases. Most Platinum partners are large digital agencies such as AKQA, Perficient, Valtech and VML. A tier tells you a firm does platform work with Vercel. Whether it wants a startup app is a question for the first call. Unico Connect is not listed in the Vercel Solution Partners directory.

Rates, Minimums and Time Zones for a US Buyer

Every band below comes from Clutch, except the Unico Connect figures, which show our published rate and minimum.

The headquarters line can mislead a US buyer, as the Infinum, Vention, Bilberrry and Chop Dawg office counts above show.

A minimum is not a price

Monogram lists a $25,000 minimum at $150 to $199 an hour on Clutch. That buys about 126 to 167 hours, roughly one month of one full time engineer. Your scope sets the price, and the minimum only tells you whether the firm will take the call. Ask each firm for a written estimate, and our custom software cost guide lists the costs a quote often leaves out.

Choose a US based firm if

  • You want a US contract and a US office
  • Your budget fits $50 to $199 an hour

Start with Chop Dawg, Bilberrry and Monogram, and ask where their engineers sit.

Choose a European team if

  • You want a Next.js specialist at $50 to $99 an hour
  • You can work with a team about 5 to 6 hours ahead of New York

Start with Blazity, or FocusReactive, which also has a New York office.

Choose a team in India if

  • Budget matters most
  • You can plan around 9.5 to 10.5 hours of difference from New York

Start with GeekyAnts and Unico Connect.

No firm here is in Latin America. If full overlap with US hours matters most, weigh onshore, nearshore or offshore delivery first.

Questions for the First Call With a React Firm

Send every firm the same questions and ask for written answers.

  • A live client URL built with Next.js, and which of its pages are server rendered
  • Which Next.js version their client apps run. The Next.js support policy ends support for 15.x two years after its October 2024 release, and lists 14.x and older as unsupported
  • Whether new work goes on the App Router, and how they would move an existing Pages Router app
  • Whether the repository, the Vercel or hosting project, the domain and the billing sit in your accounts from the first sprint
  • Which component and end to end tests run in CI, and whether Core Web Vitals targets go in the statement of work
  • The named engineers, where they sit and how many hours overlap your day
  • How much of the code AI writes, and who reviews it

Here is our answer to the AI question. Our engineering leads estimate that roughly 80 percent of our production code is AI generated. Engineers are expected to understand the code AI produces, and a tech lead or senior developer reviews it before it ships. For a full scoring sheet, see our guide to choosing a development partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which are the top React and Next.js development companies in 2026?

Chop Dawg, Blazity, FocusReactive, GeekyAnts, Unico Connect, Bilberrry, Monogram, Urban Insight, Infinum and Vention, in order of minimum project size and then React and Next.js share. Unico Connect publishes this list. Choose by what you are buying, a React app or a Next.js site, then by budget and time zone.

Which React development companies are based in the USA?

Chop Dawg is in Philadelphia and Bilberrry in Seattle, and Clutch places 2 to 5 staff in each of their US offices. Monogram is in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Urban Insight in Los Angeles. Clutch lists Infinum and Vention in New York, though most of their people work in other offices. FocusReactive has a New York office and GeekyAnts one in San Francisco. Unico Connect serves US clients through our US presence for contracts and billing, with engineering delivered from our engineering hub in Mumbai.

How can I tell if a firm has shipped Next.js in production?

Ask for a live client URL and view the page source. A Next.js site loads its scripts and styles from paths under /_next/, and a server rendered page has its headings and text in the raw HTML. A client rendered React app shows a nearly empty body with one root div.

What does a Vercel partner listing tell me about a Next.js agency?

A Vercel partner listing tells you Vercel accepted the firm into its partner program. A certified mark means the firm certified a minimum number of developers on the Vercel platform, Next.js and AI Cloud. Vercel does not publish what Platinum, Gold or Silver requires, so treat a tier as one signal beside live client work.

How much React or Next.js work should a firm do before we hire it?

React or Next.js should be a core practice at the firm, and your assigned engineers should have shipped it recently. Clutch shows a self reported focus for each firm, and here React and Next.js make up 20 to 100 percent of it. Some firms near the top of the Clutch React list show 10 percent, so ask for the last two React projects of the engineers you will get.

Can one company build our React web app and our React Native mobile app?

Yes, one company can build both when React and React Native are both real practices there. GeekyAnts puts 40 percent of its Clutch focus on React Native and 30 percent on React, and Unico Connect 30 percent on each. StayVista, which we designed and built end to end, has web surfaces built on React and Angular for the guest experience and the operations team, and a React Native mobile app for guests on the go.
