Unico Connect helped our Canada based client to build an engaging virtual question based trivia game app.
Dumbits is a trivia based game app where users can upload video questions and other users can participate to gain points. Later these points will be redeemed against prize offers. The only rule is that the user has to be quick in answering quiz questions to get more points.
The logic being more people play the quiz game, which increases the pot value of credits, which in return gives out more points.
Client wanted to have a user friendly UI interface for his webapp that has a look and feel of a mobile app but works on a web app.
Unico Connect created an algorithm system that will distribute points to users in order based on the least time user took to answer it.
Users can create a Trivia Video quiz by uploading a New video of 20-45 sec.
Video would be displayed like Instagram reel section-full screen display and the user selects among four answers
Users can set their Booster Level such that they get more credit points for correct answers
Business owners, social media pages can give away credit points to players and promote their products through personalized trivia
Our process focuses on the users and their needs in each phase of the design process. By research and design methods we have ensured that users can make a functional and useful product.
Information Architecture aims at organizing content so that users would easily adjust to the functionality of the product and understand the data structure in a systematic format.

The Unico design team planned for a modern and futuristic design for the trivia app and setting for a dark theme interface. The overall UI is based on a mobile-first interface approach.
Smooth Sign Up and Login Flow has been implemented so that users can quickly login and play their favorite trivia games.
User has to guess the right answer within 4 seconds, to win Dumbits Points. These points can later be claimed to win exciting offers.
Users can access their trivia game history and see all the exciting games they have played along with points earned for the day!
