02. The in-store experience set the standard
Shoppers described the physical store as "inspirational," "immersive," and "unlike anything else"—but the website didn’t evoke the same emotion.
03. Sustainability was top of mind
Large percentage of customers said sustainability influenced their purchase decisions, but they struggled to find that information online.
04. High intent, low conversion
While customers browsed the online store, they rarely converted. Interviews revealed the lack of personalized recommendations and trust-building details.
