It also raised the minimum to iOS 15 and macOS 12, made Impeller the default renderer on desktop, and was verified against Java 17 as the minimum, Android Gradle Plugin 9.1.0 and Gradle 9.3.1. By that release, 92 of the top 100 iOS plugins had moved to Swift Package Manager.
