As a Project Manager at Unico Connect, you will be required to play a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the high-quality standards expected in the IT industry.

Project Planning:

-Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Establish a project schedule, budget, and resource requirements.

Team Leadership:

-Assemble, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members.

Risk Management:

-Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project success.

Communication:

-Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Provide regular project status updates and reports.

Quality Assurance:

-Ensure that projects meet high-quality standards. Implement best practices and quality control processes to deliver successful outcomes.

Budget Management:

-Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial goals are met.

Scope Management:

-Control project scope, making sure that changes are properly documented and approved by stakeholders.

Resource Allocation:

Documentation:

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).

-Proven 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

-Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and IT infrastructure.
