We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual for the role of 'Founder's Office Executive' at Unico Connect. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience and is tailored for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to working from the office five days a week. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, facilitating communications with clients and partners, coordinating updates from various teams, assisting with strategy formulation, and handling day-to-day office tasks.
-Coordinate with tech, product, and marketing teams for launching new products, achieving product-market fit, building partnerships, designing market strategies, and identifying key business opportunities.
-Establish and track progress across multiple projects (OKRs, etc.), collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.
-Operationalize projects, especially those without a defined owner, to drive high impact results.
-Actively participate in the recruitment process and contribute to creating a vibrant and goal-driven work environment.
-Manage special projects aligned with the company’s evolving priorities.
-Stay informed about developments in no code, low code, and AI, and keep the team updated.
-Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, tackling diverse tasks as required in the dynamic environment of a startup.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-2-3 years of relevant work experience.
-Excellent communication skills and proficiency in creating professional documentation and SOPs.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Deep understanding of or willingness to learn about no code, low code, and AI technologies.
-A proactive, go-getter attitude, capable of figuring things out autonomously.
